Dual Enrollment is only available to entering Juniors who have achieved an unweighted GPA of 3.5. Students who are eligible for Dual Enrollment will be contacted by McDowell High School. . All students that want to apply for Dual Enrollment MUST fill out this McDowell Dual Enrollment Commitment Form, have it signed by a parent/guardian and return it to their school counselor.

Requirements: Counselor Authorization form signed by McDowell counselor. Students who have taken a course on campus at Gannon need to fill out the authorization form and give to your counselor to sign and send to Gannon with your transcript. The online application needs to be filled out every semester. See the below links for the Online Application and Authorization Form.

Cost: $300 per 3 credit course. All fees are paid online. -

- Non-degree enrollment form
- Letter stating how this class will benefit them academically
- Official transcript
- School counselor Dual Enrollment Recommendation form
- All standardized test scores
- Meet with PSU Academic Advisor

Cost: 50% of tuition (approx. $1050 a course) -
